We really loved the house, it was beautiful and spacious, and decorated so nicely with historic pictures and decor. Our room, the Major Pierce, was very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge and very clean. I think our favorite thing was the amazing breakfast…the person who cooked and attended to us was so kind and accommodating, and the food was delicious. We put in our order and the time and location we wanted to eat, and she made it happen perfectly both mornings we stayed for breakfast. The code worked perfectly for both the house door and our room door, and that made our late arrival a breeze. I will definitely book again!

Luxurious and Quaint

Super easy check-in experience, this rambling Victorian was a pleasure to come home to after a day of meetings. It was very quiet. I heard a couple of guests come up the stairs but after they were in their room I didn't hear a sound. Unfortunately, I had a long drive and an early departure but for the time I spent there it was wonderful. High marks for pristine cleanliness, a very comfortable and bed and bedding and a big tub to relax in before sleep.

The staff was personable whether through text or in person. I was in the Anna room which was absolutely charming and clean and lovely. Bathroom clean and well stocked. Breakfast served by Kim Gomer was a delightful experience. Even able to eat out on the veranda. I definitely will return!

Beautiful old Victorian Inn with period furniture; large bedroom and bath room. Very comfortable bed. We would visit again if our travels take us this way. The only glitch we experienced was that I did not get the check in directions and the property contact number provided by Expedia was incorrect. But we were able to get in touch through their website. The inn keeper was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful overnight stay for our anniversary on our way to Tennessee. The property is beautiful and the room was quiet and quaint. The bed was soooo comfortable! Getting ready to have breakfast on the patio. Great place for couples!
