My daughter and I stayed here for one night. An excellent hotel, centrally based for exploring Christchurch. We opted for room only and had a delicious light breakfast at the Tram Cafe. The staff were lovely, kind and helpful, friendly and very polite. The room was clean, airy & nicely decorated and warm too.

I was very disappointed with this room. In fact, I wouldn't call it a room, more a space at the end of a small corridor with a double bed squashed in against the curtains. Other than that, that staff were very nice and helpful and the location was fantastic, walking distance from everything in the inner city. Room, terrible. Staff and location, terrific.

The hotel is quite average. Some staff seem disengaged which clearly indicates a deficiency in training and communication by senior managers. The area near the hotel is interesting and there are plenty of dining options. The breakfast provided at the Cafe attached to the Library was the highlight of our stay.

Great stay!

Nice boutique hotel in an excellent location. Close to everything and you can pick up the tram just down stairs. We had a room with the balcony and loved it. We were outside on the terrace as much as we could. No complaints about the service and we would definitely stay there again.

Staff were great, hotel is super cute and I loved all the pops of yellow. The car park was a bit interesting- we had a specific spot to park that was a tight squeeze under pipes. Apart from that, was a great location and clean.
