After staying in downtown Christchurch for three nights it was really nice to spend a night in Sumner by the sea. We loved being there in the off-season. No crowds. Beautiful scenery. Great Indian Restaurant. Would definitely do it again.

Our stay was perfect from the moment we checked in till the end of our stay. Tony and his wife who own and operate the motel were great. They made sure that our stay was enjoyable and a highlight in our New Zealand trip. Location is 5 minutes walking from a lovely sand beach and lots of restaurants. Would gladly stay again.
