This discount can be booked up to 60 days before arrival.<br>The family-friendly apartments with pool and ocean views at Isaresidence are the perfect solution for anyone who doesn’t want to give up the comforts of home and is looking for a peaceful vacation. The residence is located directly on the beach, nestled in a spacious green park, and features its own restaurant, swimming pools, and a well-equipped private beach. Guests at the residence can take advantage of the full range of services offered by the adjacent Isamar resort, which is accessible via a convenient walking path along the beach (about a 4-minute walk). There, you’ll find additional amenities such as a water park with 5 swimming pools and a solarium, entertainment/mini-club, and a wide variety of sports activities.<br>Our guests have access to newly renovated studio apartments with pool/ocean views (on the 1st or 2nd floor; elevator available) featuring a well-equipped open kitchen (dishes, silverware, pots). In addition to a bedroom with a double bed, there is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room that provides two additional sleeping spots. The bathroom features a shower stall. The apartments are equipped with satellite TV. The balcony, complete with a dining table, is the perfect spot to relax, while the children can play on the playground or by the pool. From there, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the pool and the sea. Cleaning services, bed linen changes, and towel rentals are available upon request. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing board. Barbecuing is permitted. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 3 hours. As of 2015, swim caps are no longer required. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.<br>ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY<br>Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. In addition, our guests can also use the other beach services offered by our partner resort, Isamar: Guests have access to a wide range of water sports: windsurfing, sailing, and canoeing; private and group sports lessons are organized by certified instructors. The beach also features two beach volleyball courts and a fitness area for aerobics and dance classes. It’s the ideal place to relax while sunbathing or to enjoy one of the many sports activities. You can grab a quick snack in the shade at the beach bar, which is open from morning until evening and offers an inviting selection of refreshing and delicious treats. On the beach, paved walkways leading to the water’s edge, the umbrellas, and the beach bar ensure easy access for strollers and people with disabilities. Lifeguards ensure safety throughout the day.<br>POOL<br>The Isaresidence features its own large swimming pool as well as a pool for toddlers. In addition, our guests are welcome to use the Isamar pool facilities. The Isamar is a paradise for pool lovers! Just a few meters from the beach lies the Isamar’s massive pool complex. It offers plenty of fun for young and old alike. Guests can choose from 6 water slides, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, a pool with a counter-current system, a wading pool with a slide and water features for the little ones, and—starting in 201'8—a new lagoon pool with a rubberized floor and water features. A hot tub provides a place to relax. Those who prefer a quieter pool experience will find a relaxation pool for adults and children in front of the restaurant.
