On the ground floor, there is a shared kitchen available to guests, useful for preparing and heating their own dishes during their stay or to spend moments of conviviality. You will find a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, juicer, toaster, dishes, dishwashers, induction cookers, plates, bowls, knives, forks and ladles.

According to Italian law (Art. 109 TULPS), it is mandatory to show the identity documents (passport or identity card) of all guests upon check-in for transmission to the Public Security authorities. In case of refusal, it will not be legally possible to check in. In addition, you will be required to sign a contract, as required by Italian law.
