The staff were very friendly and checking in and out was super easy. I am a house keeper and I was not impressed with the bathroom. Hand prints were missed on the shower and high touch points on the sliding door didn't look like they were wiped properly. I would have also appreciated a full length mirror in the unit or at least a mirror outside of the bathroom since we were in Hope for a wedding and had two people getting ready, the one small mirror in the bathroom was a little inconvenient. We were also woken up early by a couple fighting horribly early in the morning. They stopped once someone yelled that they will call the cops.

The hotel was meticulously clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The view of the park and river from the balcony was beautiful. There were many places nearby to get food and other amenities. Would 100% stay there again.

Staff was accommodating of a late check in as well as pet friendly room. Very friendly at the front desk and great community park across the street to walk the dog after a long drive.

Security was an issue. Exterior doors were not locked someone tried to get in our room and was wandering the halls during the night. There was a unhomed person sleeping in the lobby entrance in the morning which is open to the motel hallways.

Booked another day just to enjoy the little downtown, the view of the park and sound of a charming waterfall from the little balcony. Dog friendly, clean, helpful staff, best location with a cafe on one side and a coffee shop on the other. A farmers’ market, health food store, dollar store and mire right on the same corner. Dreamy stay!

Great rest spot along the drive

The room was clean, the bed was wonderfully comfortable, and the shower was incredible… two different shower head options with great water pressure. The staff was friendly and there’s a popcorn maker in reception with fresh popcorn. My only complaint is that there is no blow dryer in the room… you have to ask for that at the front desk. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Wonderful bed and decor. Updated recently. Rain shower was great. Parking easy, and free popcorn in the lobby after 3. Right across from a great park, and after hours the downtown core is quiet too. Could hear some noise earlier and from next year, but not enough to bother you. Staff at the front were very friendly.
