The room was very clean and modern. The breakfast had good variety, western omelette was great, good coffee and available 24/7. I could hear the highway noise, but there was ear plugs in the room to use. Double blinds did an effective job keeping the room dark in the early morning. Would stay here again.

I was incredibly disappointed with the service I received at this hotel. Firstly, I booked this hotel while traveling with my elderly father who suffers from Alzheimer’s and mobility issues. Upon check-in, I was informed that the elevator was not working and that our room was in the fifth floor! I tried to get a ground floor room as my father cannot climb stairs. The “best” they could do was a room in the third floor. I had to literally carry my confused father up and down the stairs along with all of our luggage without even once being offered assistance from the staff. Once a male staff member saw us struggling on the stairs and didn’t offer to help us. Several other guests did offer as they were uncomfortable to witness the situation. When I complained I was offered shallow apologies but no actual benefits or compensation for our extreme inconvenience. This was beyond a doubt the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a hotel in the whole world.

This is a great hotel, but avoid Expedia, unless you get a really good price, otherwise, call and book with them. The hotel is neatly clean, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is complete!
