Nice clean example of a Hampton Inn, no problem for us, but some might find its distance from dining and shopping facilities a problem. They’re easily accessible with Uber, there’s nothing in easy walking distance for bars, restaurants or shops, just convenience goods at gas stations nearby. Great staff, very friendly and very clean.

Clean room. Good amenities. Pool and hot tub were nice and maintained well. Coffee was actually very good for hotel coffee. Breakfast was typical hot hotel breakfast but maintained well. Location is a bit on the outskirts but worked fine for me

Our stay was great. The hotel is a little off the beaten path, but it is clean, modern & comfortable. There is a train track nearby that makes the bed shake a little, but if you've lived in a high traffic area, it may bring feelings of nostalgia like it did with me :) Staff are friendly & breakfast is well rounded & abundant.

The sink in the washroom was very slow to drain. On the second day we went down for the included breakfast and there was nothing left this was at 8:30 a.m.. had to go out for breakfast somewhere else. Not very impressed with their coffee either.

Overall, everything was great. The room was clean and the stay was pleasant. Breakfast on the first day was very good, but on the second day several items ran out, and at one point there weren't even any eggs, which I think bothered some people. Even so, I would definitely return with my family, as the pool was fantastic and was one of the best aspects of our stay.

Staff was wonderful…hot water on strongest setting to have a bath is luke warm. A bathtub is the biggest reason i spend the money to stay in a hotel every so often so super disappointing. Tons of kids and screaming in the hotel which is no fault to the hotel but makes for not a relaxing time for the $$ spent :( very little insulation between rooms- lots of noise from neighboring room. As well the bath tub drain needs to be cleaned. I had to keep draining water to keep floaties from the drain from being in my bath. Hopefully we manage to get a decent sleep this evening !

Excellent stay! Me and my family stay here on Dec 27-28. We arrived 2hrs early, im kinda hesitant that they might not gonna allow it, but no questions at all. We checked in right away! Staff were really on customer service focus! The pool experience was so great. The breakfast is fantastic too! And they have coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24/7 to offer! All in all 5 star!!! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

We stayed in a room with a king sized bed with a couch. It was very spacious, extremely clean, and well maintained. We enjoy staying here! It’s surprisingly quiet, considering the train runs close to it.
