Pool wasnt clean, hot tub wasnt hot and no running jets, sauna wasnt working, no pool towels. In room 348 coffee maker not working and 3rd floor ice maker not working. 2 night stay and no housekeeping. Breakfast was busy, long lines and variety not great, eggs are gross. We have stayed in your hotel at least 20 times in 5 years and this was the worst stay we had not sure if we will return.

Old building with scary little rooms!! No proper place for dresser. Couch was not in good condition. Bad quality of mattress and pillows. Very low water pressure in the sink and tub. Even the toilet was not working properly 😩 What a waste of money. Not coming here again

The rooms are not blackout so when you close the curtains early in the morning, it is super bright, super bright. There was a fight of about 30 men that broke out around midnight for a couple of hours. I would never bring a family here ever again. The staff stand outside your door at 9 AM talking on the phone super loud waking everyone up Also, they vacuum right outside your door at 9 AM so if you’re trying to sleep in right till 1030 or 11, you will not be able to do this at this place They would not allow any pool toys of any sort of any kind for the kids to play with so if you wanna bring your kids to the pool, make sure they’re OK with playing with zero toys zero inflatables I would highly recommend that no one stay here
