Management was arrogant when asked to see the room before we decided to stay. Had warning signs posted on entry desk claiming to charge more if certain policies weren’t adhered to . So after the welcome mat was rolled up we rolled up our windows and left. We didn’t stay. We believe that the “good reviews “ are not from customers.

As a precursor there is a data center being built near Vernon which made hotel availability limited and I understand that it is difficult to keep up on everything when it's busy. However, the motel was gross... The tables weren't wiped off from previous people eating on them, there were stains on the bedding, the floor was sticky, the bathroom had grime all over it and dirt in the bathtub. Even the lamps had grime and grease on them. Not sure if this is the norm but if we can stay somewhere else in Vernon we absolutely will do that instead.

Seems there was a fresh renovation done recently as everything was modern. Don’t know if they really had any amenities as they didn’t say and I really find ask or need anything more then WiFi- a shower and bed at night. Very clean, staff was ok but nothing remarkable. They switched the room I had booked which stated a smoking room but upon arrival I was told it wasn’t smoking and appeared to be a room normally given to a handicapped person. Not the one I chose but again wasn’t planning to do more then sleep and get cleaned up and do some work emails which worked just fine.

We checked in went to check out the refrigerator and sparks fly out of back! Ask for it to be replace they said they would do the next day not good we were leaving that day! The pictures are not true! The front picture is not what it looks like!! The swimming pool was very green in the 2 feet of water. The only good thing the bed was okay.

The photos shown online and the appearance of the room were very different. The desk chair kept lowering itself when sat on and the other chair in the room was old, worn and badly stained. Another thing ... Bugs. Roaches and flies. Yuck!

I was unexpectedly transferred to another motel due to overbooking. The desk clerk was first claiming that I did not have a reservation, but then found my name and transfer info on a slip of paper once I showed the reservation on the app.
