I was unexpectedly transferred to another motel due to overbooking. The desk clerk was first claiming that I did not have a reservation, but then found my name and transfer info on a slip of paper once I showed the reservation on the app.

BUGS!! Come for the room, stay for the bugs. Flies, roaches, crickets. Towels so thin and worn, I wouldn't even use them as rags. No outside trash cans or in the laundry area. Overall,just a grimy, dirty feeling.

This property was awful. The door to the outside would not lock. Bathroom was filthy. Beds were comfy is the only positive thing I can say. When we got there my key was on the counter with my name and room number on it. Anyone could see it. I never saw a staff member. Very unprofessional.
