We enjoyed our stay as usual. The hotel has multiple amenities, and it is on a very centric location. There was though an important issue with check-in that I want to highlight for other guests' attention. The front-desk lady forgot to return my ID at the check-in, being that ID my driver's license. We stayed at the hotel for 9 days and no one ever mentioned about it. Thankfully I realized I didn't have my ID when I booked a local trip somewhere else. When I asked why no one has brought it to my attention, the front desk lady said that not all the people at front desk paid attention but, the sad reality was that NO ONE brought it up. When I returned to the hotel to pick up my ID, I noticed there were at least 5-8 more forgotten IDs.

Everything was good except the front desk, I asked if I could check in at 2pm and they said yes. When I went back they said I could only check in at 2 if I switched rooms. When I opened the room, there was a man fixing the toilet. I had to switch room again. Other than that is a convinient hotel.

Awesome Hotel

This hotel was amazing very clean good service good breakfast and best of all is that is right on the center of the Historical downtown. All tours are steps away from hotel If we go back to Chihuahua Mexico definitely will stay at this hotel I recommended very highly
