The hotel definitely needs some rennovation. The walls have holes, and the elevator is slooow and old. The hair dryer and towels are old(some were ripped). The breakfast is average, but it runs out quickly. The chilaquiles are great though! Staff is nice and beds comfty.

A/C made a horrible noise when turned on, no working elevators, if somebody happen to see you in the elevator, they would tell you it was broke other then that the management never told us the elevators was not working , very scary. no pressure in the shower. You have to literally stand by the wall to get wet.

The Hotel looks dirty, I always stay here, when traveling, but this time the property looks poorly maintained, elevator area on every floor looks very bad, the sofa on my room had many stains, towels are old and ripped.

Several things were bad in my stay, the only elevator working in the place was a hazard to people, they’d take ages to arrive, the state of them was horrible and they would jump up and down dangerously when arriving to a floor. Breakfast was the worst i’ve had in the chain, very low quality, cold, and tasteless, the worst part is that it was very filthy. Then on to the room, the towels were in shambles, just an extremely thin and worn out fabric, to the point where we had to ask the cleaning personnel to change them twice. The last part is that the tv wasnt working, the screen was in blue hues that was not fixable. Just overall i’d say avoid this hotel, its not in good conditions, its price is not worth it.

The first room we got had the bathroom area dirty and with hairs all over, sink was dirty aswell, and we got moved to a second room, and the floors were dirty, my baby almost stepped on a needle that was on the carpet, something that a vacum would of picked up. Hotel definitely needs to improve their cleaning
