The hotel is in a great location and offers a good breakfast with decent amenities. Unfortunately, the biggest downside is the maintenance of the property. The back door wouldn't lock, the room doors were very stiff, and there was a persistent unpleasant odor throughout the hallways that smelled like sweaty feet. Other than that, the stay was okay.

Our room only had two pillows for two beds, ac didn’t work, carpet and overall looks pretty worn out, we were moved to another room but also my daughter’s room didn’t have enough towels and no shower curtain. We called several times but nothing until we had to go in person to be attended. The price is too high for the rooms and the condition they are in; very disappointed since I stayed in another Hampton in Torreón and it was very different hotel quality.

The hotel definitely needs some rennovation. The walls have holes, and the elevator is slooow and old. The hair dryer and towels are old(some were ripped). The breakfast is average, but it runs out quickly. The chilaquiles are great though! Staff is nice and beds comfty.
