This Has Been One of The Best Stays ever in a hotel !! Im A Caterer and im always having to rent an air bnb for catering jobs but they dont have a pool .Ladies and gentlemen if u are in the Chico area for a catering event I Highly recommended The Residence Inn for your stay and prep ,and enjoy a lil u time while working .

Outdoor pool needs to be heated… I get it that Chico is usually warm, however, it needs to be heated when it’s NOT warm in Chico, which it wasn’t that warm the weekend we were there. The hot tub was GREAT!

The A/C and the refrigerator were extremely noisy. We had to turn them off entirely to reconcile our sleep and opened the windows for ventilation but we could still hear the neighbors A/C’s. The carpet is smelly too. The staff on the other hand are very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel & staff!

All staff from the phone call I made ahead to the ones we encountered while there where so nice. The hotel was clean, roomy & comfy! The only downfall was road noise, but that absolutlely wouldn't stop me from staying here again!
