📄🔐 Important House Rules:
✍️ All guests must sign a rental agreement and provide a government-issued ID before check-in.
💳🔒 For non-Airbnb bookings, a credit card hold is required as a deposit. This is automatically released after checkout if no damages occur.
⏰🏠 Early check-ins (before 4 PM) require host approval. A confirmed booking does not guarantee early access.
📞📠 For local guests, we’ll call to verify the reservation before check-in. Google Voice or service numbers are not accepted, and we reserve the right to cancel such bookings.
💳📢 Payment Notice:
Your card statement for the reservation fee will show angiesstays (that ’s us!), not VRBO.
The only fee collected by VRBO is their service fee.
❌💰 Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations receive a 96% refund. A 4% cancellation fee applies based on the total reservation amount.
The bunk room has two twin-over-double bunk beds.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest`s stay.
