Meh!

This place is OK. Just a little worn out. Not the friendliest staff that I’ve ever met either not they weren’t rude but more like ho hum with their job. Bed was comfortable. Completely breakfast was completely carbs and cold coffee.

Have not had deposit returned or Expedia money that was taken. Rented the suite, smelled like roaches. And my feet were black walking from bed to shower . I get that it’s a cheap place to stay but cleaning should be the bare minimum

Really walkable area and cool pool came in clutch on hit days. Can be a bit loud during the day but does get quiet at night. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and plenty will consider a spot when traveling to Chico

It was ok

The room was what you’d expect for $100 a night. The beds weren’t great but it was a place to sleep. The room was clean. There is a lot of traffic noise that bothered me, but I’m a light sleeper. I did not eat the breakfast. I would stay again if I need just a place to sleep

This is a solid value motel. Yes it’s old, yes it’s in downtown, but the room was decent, the bed was comfortable, and I felt safe. The only negative was the breakfast selections. The coffee was mediocre and there wasn’t much in the way of food so don’t count on breakfast. That said, the room rates are very affordable and I still feel like I got more than I paid for.

There was a roach on my PILLOW!! Need I say more?! But there is also no WiFi at all. When I asked the front desk, they said the manager knows it is bad but doesn’t do anything about it. I checked out a night early. DONT BOOK!

The room was decent, roomy & not cluttered. The little fridge was useful (no need to keep buying ice for the cooler). The shampoo & soap smelled nice, but, thankfully!, did not have an overpowering or long lasting fragrance. The room coffee was the worst ever, so, if you want coffee in your room, bring your own instant & creamer; so glad I did! I was skeptical about the mattress, but I slept well & woke without stiffness or pain, so it worked out fine. A basic, functional inexpensive room. Just don't walk barefoot on the floors. If you spill something & wipe it up, you'll know what I mean.
