The house was clean and tidy! Check in was easy. I did book this house because it said it had a king bed, however the king bed was two twin mattresses pushed together (which made sleeping with our young kiddo not possible).

Overall the house is great. Newly remodeled, good beds, hvac worked well, full kitchen. Quiet neighborhood quite close to town(not walking distance tho) and Bidwell Park very close. Just off the fwy so convenient. One hiccup was related i think to the cleaners. When we arrived kind of late, we found the sheets on two of the beds were not clean. We had to launder them before we could go to bed. The owner should have a chat with the cleaners. Otherwise the house was great and highly recommended. Sorry for the 4 stars but just couldn’t go 5 with dirty bed sheets.

What a cute little house! We loved our stay. Kitchen fully stocked with plenty of cutlery, plates, pots, pans etc to make many wonderful meals. We didn't spend much time outside as it rained our entire stay but there is a cute little front patio area to enjoy. We will definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for the two of us and our small dog while we visited old friends in Chico. All the rooms, bathroom, and kitchen looked great and were really clean. The king bed was super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we could need. Our dog enjoyed cruising around the big, fenced back yard.
