It was in a convenient location, quiet rooms, ladies at the desk acted professional and nice, and i like the safety feature in the elevator where you have to use the room key to get to your floor. I didnt get to enjoy the sauna or gym, it was not easy to locate.

Even when faced with a room that someone had smoked in, David at the front desk did everything to get us into a room that was clean and comfortable. The staff is fantastic and the dog path is huge convenience.

Room 415 just shows the top of the 4th floor and a horrible view. This room is also right next to the elevator so you can hear the foot traffic. The internet sign in said it was free for guest but we’re charged when checking out. Room 417 tub has a slow drain when getting out of the tub.

Not the best stay

The beds were uncomfortable, the temperature wasn’t getting cool enough for comfort. My shower wasn’t working correctly. There was no social area as we were told the patio with table and chairs was closed for the season making it hard for our group to socialize without being in the room.
