We came for the pool; it was very nice and clean. Floor is slippery because of the tiles but that is a given near a pool that it's going to be wet. I did not like that the staff was clueless when I asked a simple question (where can i get ear plugs from was the question), and I got lost trying to find the lobby bc the first floor is out for construction. Luckily the construction guy was standing there to give me directions on how to get to the lobby from C level. There should be a marked sign showing the correct elevators to use and where they are located to get to the lobby, not just a NO sign over the 1 button in the elevator saying 1st floor is inaccessible. Not helpful at all when you are traveling with kids who need mom to carry everything and make sure, they are keeping up the pace. Parking was 3 blocks away which is weird but ok whatever. There isn't a "sundries" shop for forgotten things like toothbrush whatever, and if you are forgetful (we all are sometimes) you have to physically go to Walgreens for whatever you need and parking isn't on site unless you valet which we did not. I would stay here again for the kids to swim though.

The room and staff were great as always. However, we arrived on a Friday and the pool and hot tub were FILLED with children. No way could we do lap swims or even enjoy the hot tub. (Is is safe for small children to be in a hot tub?) Many were poorly behaved in a public space. Is there some way of finding out if there are parties for children planned or some way of avoiding this in the future. kdowat@mwt.net

The hotel is outdated and a bit run down. Disappointed in restaurant. The menu was limited and was not informed that by the front desk. There was miscommunication between restaurant and front desk. There was a not a full menu for room service either. The locker rooms are also in needed much repairs.

Had to move rooms tv didnt work. Had problems with the tv in next room they did figure out the problem. No diner just appetizers. They sell daily passes for pool so there was no room for hotel guests . The hot tub was filled with 5 to 10 year old children. However we had Steak and eggs and poached eggs for breakfast and it was delicious .

Staff (shout out to Max at the front desk), amenities and location are great. We come to this hotel as a staycation on a regular basis and I highly recommend. This time the room could have been a bit cleaner, but it was right after the Holiday rush.
