The elevator was being replaced and out of service. This was not disclosed until check in. The staff did offer help with carrying the luggage. The carpet on the stair way was dirty and construction dirt was evident. The breakfast was decent. The scrambled eggs were overdone, but that is par for the course at many hotels in this range.

The hotel itself was very nice, very good buffet, clean spacious suites however the elevator was broken and I was not informed until after check in. I was in town for the weekend and it was a huge hassle to find another hotel. I was informed that the elevator would be out of service for another month. I was not pleased with the communication as the clerks should have informed the guest prior to arrival
