From the moment we checked in, this was one of my best hotel experiences ever. I'm a Chicago native leaving abroad, and my partner and I would definitely stay here again. Love the neighborhood and this hotel is a great addition.

Prime Chinatown location, really can't beat it. Everything is walkable, location is very clean and smells great the second you walk into the lobby. Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing 10/10

Staff was really nice, the girl who checked me in was super sweet and accommodating. From a previous stay there was a front desk girl with twists in her hair who I forgot to leave a review about but she was also super sweet and remembered me! She was doing third shift the 8th and I was looking forward to seeing her bc she took care of us so well the last time, so I was glad to see her again. :) great staff, also received a cute snack bag for my birthday as well.

We had a wonderful stay at the Springhill hotel in Chinatown. The staff was so friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was beautiful and super clean. Breakfast included everything you would want very fresh and healthy and delicious. Parking was very convenient. The surrounding area was safe and bustling with all ages of people. We found great food, groceries and the museum in walking distance. We will definitely come back.
