We booked a party of 9 and picked this place because it said it had 1 parking space. The instructions for check in were sent extremely late which made it difficult to plan for multiple different arrival times. Not to mention, when we arrived we found out we had to register and pay for the parking spot. That information was never discussed or sent in advance. While sorting it out with the owner, I got a parking ticket! The covered parking was sold out. It was very stressful and could have been handled much better. The apartment was clean, but sparse with amenities. Some bathrooms had missing towel racks, broken toilet paper holders. Some bedroom doors had holes that were covered with wall paper. I have used VRBO many times. This check in should have been a lot better.

The room was great, clean and well kept. The hallways leading to the room could have more inviting decor but was not unexceptional. The parking garage was a little hectic due to parking in entry way as you entered and exited, so it wasn't easy access. The garage was handy though. Our overall stay was comfortable and a place that I would visit again if in the area, especially if I have a large group.

We had a group of 12 and the space was perfect for all of us. Walking distance to great restaurants , such as Brulee' and Batter and Berries. Also close to downtown. Parking available for a fee. The host was very nice on checking in and responded right away.My concerns were the lobby area could be a little cleaner and also the patio on the 3rd floor pillows everywhere and needed to be washed or replaced. We still enjoyed ourselves and definitely would stay again.

Great location. Short walk to restaurants and stores. Loft was very big, clean, and had plenty of space for a party of 11. Kitchen had all we needed to cook meals. Host was quick to communicate and resolve and concerns.
