Great location conveniently to all the Chicago attractions, museums, shops and restaurants, parks all in walking distance. Rooms were spacious and clean and free breakfast selection everyday was quite delicious with many choices. Staff was friendly, attentive and helpful, lounge served great food and drinks. Highly recommend if you are looking for a comfortable hotel experience.

Overall, the stay was nice. However, I do think that it is important to highlight a few differences from a typical hotel stay. When I arrived an hour before check-in, the room wasn't ready. They did offer a room and stated that it was similar in size, but that was not the case. I requested my original room back but had to be put on a wait list and was able to check in, about an hour after check in. The valet is $75 a day and they told me I was only allowed 2 trips (enter and exit) a day. I didn't bother once I heard that and just used the parking garage around the corner (2-3 minute walk) for less than $25 (better to pay online). Also, valet do help with your luggage to your room as guest are not allowed carts for luggage (which I think is nice). Lastly, the security deposit is $250 a night, which surprised me because I never knew of a hotel that charged a deposit the same price as the room. Overall it was a great stay and accommodating to my needs.

Good spread for breakfast. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed going down every morning. The room was clean, and comfortable. Beds were comfy. Only complaint is there is no door between the rooms with can be challenging with a toddler after bedtime—but we were so tired walking all day from the convenient location it didn’t really matter
