Welcome to your cozy retreat! Our 2-bedroom short-term rental is designed to offer you a comfortable and convenient stay.

Unwind on our comfortable couch or catch up on work at the working desk with a chair and high-speed internet. The living area is a cozy space perfect for relaxation or planning your city adventures. Our fully stocked kitchen boasts modern amenities such as a 2-door fridge, electric oven, 4-burner gas stove, dishwasher, and toaster. Nothing's cozier than a hot cup of coffee, right? At Palm Wave Stays, every unit comes with a coffee station for ultimate relaxation. Curl up with a book or your fave series & let your caffeine kick in. Coffee lovers, we've got you! Cookware, silverware, and dishes for four people are provided, along with ample cabinet space. The dining area comfortably seats four and seamlessly connects to the kitchen for convenience.

Step into the first bedroom, a tranquil oasis featuring a plush queen-sized bed adorned with fresh linens and a mattress protector. A Smart TV awaits for your entertainment, and a spacious closet ensures ample storage. With central air conditioning and window blinds, privacy and comfort are guaranteed. Indulge in a relaxing bath or invigorating shower in our well-appointed bathroom. Experience excellent hot water pressure and find essentials like towels, a single vanity, a mirror, and hand soap at your fingertips. Our charming second bedroom offers two cozy twin beds with fresh linens and mattress protectors, a Smart TV, a closet, central air conditioning, and window blinds for a restful stay.

We also provide a Sshared laundry facility, including a washer and dryer, are available on the basement level. Laundry pods are provided for your convenience, and this service is available on a 'first-come, first-served' basis.

We provide one parking space in our rear driveway. Please note that the space is compact (check gallery), so if you're driving an SUV or a larger vehicle, kindly let us know in advance.
RVs and trailers are not permitted to park on the street, as they may be subject to ticketing.
If you have an additional vehicle, street parking is available. Please check the posted signs, as some areas require a permit. To avoid receiving a ticket, only park in spots without permit restrictions.

To ensure a worry-free stay, we kindly ask for the ID of the person making the booking, a signature on the rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit. Please ensure that the signed name matches the name on the reservation, ID, and credit card on file.
Please note that the cardholder named on the reservation must be present at check-in and take a quick selfie with their ID in front of the property before we can release the entry code.

Any disturbance to the peace will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Thank you for your cooperation.
