My family and I stayed for New Years Eve and celebrated 2 of our daughters Birthdays 12/29 & 13/30. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Its was easy at 1,2 3, to check in which i always pay attention to that process because after a long drive i look to get in and relax. Clean rooms, great view the children were able to see us and the fireworks from the Hotel ( it was too cold for them to be out with us). We wave to them and they waved back very cool moment. Only complaints we had were the beds they are very small and very low to the ground.
