Overnight, this is a convenient place to stay in the Loop. I was not impressed by the front desk staffer (Leona) who seemed like the job of checking me in was an imposition. The room was fine, quiet during the night. screaming child

The room was far from acceptable. Could not sleep as the cold air return rattled and was extremely loud. Never shut off. Could hear loud noises once you got of the elevator. After midnight and too late to get my husband and grandson up to move. Hotel was no sympathetic and only offered to open a reward program and gave it 1500 points which is only $15!!! For a room that cost $175 and unable to sleep due to their issues I feel $15 is less than acceptable

My stay met my expectations based upon the prior guest ratings and reviews. The front desk person who checked me in could use some remedial training on guest relations. No enthusiasm - a little kind welcome and positive words would be helpful!
