Everything, including hot shower supply, warm and consistent air conditioning, compliment water bottles, and comfort bed, was good, except for internet access. My PC was able to connect the hotel guest network, but no content showed up on the browser. Tethering through my smartphone was OK; therefore, it must have something to do with the security level of the hotel guest network.

We had an excellent stay at the Allegro Sonesta in Chicago! The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel has a stylish atmosphere with great amenities, and its location made it easy to explore the city. Would definitely stay here again — highly recommended!

It was just a one night staycation, but this was a nice place to have a short retreat. The room was on the small side, but we were only in it to sleep. It's affordable, clean, has friendly service, and is right in the middle of the theater district.

The first night I woke up to a bed bug crawling on me. I killed it, took pics, and called down. They moved us to another room but I was so nervous about more bugs that we couldn’t sleep for either night we were there. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was nice. But they acted very casual about our experience, which concerns me.
