Not worthy

First time i stayed at hyatt place was in 2012 then i stayed today and surprised to see there is no upgrade. Everything is the same way as it was 12 years ago. So disappointed eith the quality and the money i spent. I could have an excellent hotel at other place at the same price. I will not stay at any hotel of hyatt place.
