Our first room had bedbugs. The staff was highly apologetic and immediately moved us to a new room. In our second room, the fridge was warm and had mold growing in it. This place needs to implement some checklist-based cleaning protocols to ensure nothing gets overlooked.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The few issues I had were the beds are rocks. A lot of people complained about that. The bathroom wasent cleaned well since someone shaved in the sink. And lastly the breakfast was great but the one worker was sink and coughing near it. They took there mask on and off while cleaning and coughing. They were there all weekend around the food and coincidentally I am coughing with a sore throat now. I know its going around but right near the food? Then wanted us to review the hotel right away as we just sat down.

Everything is wonderful about this hotel. They are warm and welcoming, the breakfast area is delicious, and the place is Very Clean. It is convenient to shopping and to Chicagoland expressways. It was an okay hotel, I had the jacuzzi suite and the water pressure on the tub was awful. It took almost an hour to fill the tub. The sink in the kitchen area did not work. Making sure all amenities are properly working is important but It was clean and the staff were nice.
