Basic stay as any other regular hotel. However please note THERE IS NO POOL AT THIS LOCATION as advertised. I arrived early to enjoy “the pool” Only to learn that they don’t have one. Nice staff though.

Everything down to the staff, the room, and the location was amazing. I will definitely keep this place in mind when I stay in Chicago again. I love the fact that I arrived at 10:00 AM to my hotel and they were willing to let me into my room early and even let me pick the floor that I wanted. On my last day there when I was checking out, they held my baggage while I was moving out and about through the city before my flight in the evening. They were extremely accommodating with any questions that I had and my room was spotless. Definitely recommend this hotel!
