All of the above! The hotel is spotless and each staff member was extremely pleasant. We live a couple of miles away and needed to bring our two small dogs while doing a kitchen remodel. We were put in a room close to the back door, so it was easy to get the dogs out to a nice dog-walking area. The hotel is extremely quiet and we could not have been more pleased.

We were placed in room 110. We were not told the room was next to the breakfast area. Every morning, we heard the person in the kitchen preparing breakfast. Very noisy. The thermostat did not work properly. It was either too warm or too cold. It did not run consistently. We called the front desk, and we were told the system was automated and nothing could be done. The front desk clerks were not friendly. We were never greeted with a "good morning" or "good evening." The clerks were on their phones quite a bit. Overall, not the best experience.

Breakfast was very good, and the lady working there was very pleasant and helpful. Bed…perfect. Temp control in room…perfect. BUT… no heat lamp or fan in bathroom. No clock in room. Chairs in the room extremely uncomfortable. Self Parking was nice… and at no cost, as was breakfast. No chest if drawers for unpacking luggage.
