Convenient walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Great supply of linens and kitchen supplies. Ice ready in freezer for beverages on arrival was appreciated after a long drive in from Ohio.

This property is very well stocked with extra towels, blankets, pillows, and other linens! Listing photos were accurate. The location is wonderful - there was a Target very close by to get light groceries and other odds and ends, and it is very close to a few different bus stops to get you wherever you need to go. Even though it is conveniently located, the street was very quiet.The one slight negative was that there was a family staying in the rental property above us (which I believe is also an STR), and they had younger children. We could very clearly hear the kids running back in forth starting around 5:30 am until they left for the day, so sleeping in was a bit of challenge.

The location is very convenient to restaurants, shops, the lake and transit options. We felt very safe walking in and around the neighborhood at all times and ride sharing options were abundant. The apartment is in a vintage Chicago building and the pictures accurately depicted the unit. We rented for a month and had everything we needed to cook, do laundry and relax. The weather was very hot and humid but the AC did a great job of keeping us comfortable. Michael was very responsive to questions and the check-in was quite easy. We felt this apartment was a good value and enjoyed our stay!

Great Location; Place Has Some Flaws

The apartment is in a great location. Unfortunately, the first unit smelled like a sewer. Thankfully, the hosts were immediately responsive and offered us a unit one floor up that did not have this odor. The second unit was beautiful with high ceilings but was very drafty and we were staying there during a very chilly Chicago winter day
