HOUSE RULES

As a host, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our assignment is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our cozy home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you could follow these house rules and CONFIRM THAT THIS HAS BEEN REVIEWED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING. Quiet Times
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
No gatherings or loud noise outside of the home at any time.
A noise complaint will result in one warning; if a second violation occurs, a $300 fee will be charged, and the reservation will be immediately terminated without a refund.

Smoking Policy
This is a smoke-free home, including the outside area surrounding the property. No smoking of any substance, including vaping. Violations will lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation and a $500 deep cleaning fee.
If evidence is found after checkout, an additional $500 fee will apply.

No Pets
We love animals, but to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, we have chosen to keep this home pet-free due to allergies and asthma sensitivities. Thank you for your understanding!

Occupancy Limits
Occupancy is limited to 6 guests. Babies under the age of two are not included in this count.

Strict No Parties or Large Gatherings Policy
We enforce a strict no-party and noise policy for all residents. Hosting a party, damaging the unit, leaving excessive mess, or bringing unreported guests will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction.
Noise must be kept to a minimum each night beginning at 11:00 PM.

Door Security
The front door must remain locked and closed at all times when not in use.
Early or Late Check-Outs

Early Check-in/Late Check-out
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you need early check-in or a late check-out, please feel free to ask—we’ll do our best to accommodate when possible. Please note that we have an extra fee of $25/hr.
Unauthorized late check-outs past 10:00 AM will incur a $100 fee, as cleaning staff have scheduled appointments, and delays can affect the next reservation.

Drugs:
✤ If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY AND IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION WITHOUT REFUND!

Starter Supplies Provided
We provide a starter supply of essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, and toiletries. For longer stays, you may wish to bring or purchase additional items.

Please Care for the Home
We’ve worked hard to make this space welcoming. We kindly ask that you treat it with care and let us know right away if anything is damaged or not working properly.

Security Cameras
- For your safety and ours, exterior security cameras are installed. There are no cameras inside the home.
- Tampering with or disabling the outside camera, including covering or blocking it, will result in a $350 maintenance fee and immediate eviction without a refund.
