Had an horrible experience here with primarily the management team who should lead by example naturally. There was a huge lack of accountability, hospitality, and or genuine concern to myself the customer. Incident occurred while I was occupying the space in a King Suit, I was walked in on a total of three times hours prior to check out, I was to blame after speaking with many staff members and finally being called back by the hotels manager who screamed at me and told me I had to leave the property then proceeded to call the police on, I felt racially profiled and compared the various intrusions of my privacy to a mother and her child bathing in one of the properties room entrusting that prior to scheduled check out time there would be a certain level of respect, dignity and conduct the staff would uphold given that the staff are informed on which room/suits are being occupied on a day to day, night by night basis. I have an attorney on retainer whom I’ve already began legal proceedings with. I’d highly recommend reading other reviews aside of my own. The King suit also had a 50/50 split mattress which was a pain to sleep in and extremely uncomfortable to the plushness of touch. They need to conduct coaching for their management team expeditiously. I’m overly qualified to do so given that my previous employment before retiring at just 35 to see the world was Executive Assitant to a CEO for a multimillion dollar construction company. 1/10 experience
