This House was built in 1902 and was modified into 2 apartments in the 1940's. The house has 3 levels and many stairs. It has quirks and oddities but is prefect for large groups. This house can comfortably sleep a total of 12 people. This home is a unique opportunity for 2 family's traveling together or a group of 8 adults traveling for business or pleasure. Each bedroom has only 1 bed. Each floor has a full bathroom for a total of 3. You will be renting the entire house which includes 2 separate apartments. The upstairs unit comfortably sleeps 5. There is a 3 bedrooms unit upstairs with the King bed, its own kitchen, bathroom and laundry. The first floor unit comfortably sleeps 7. The first floor unit has 4 bedrooms, a kitchen and bathroom on the first floor. One of the bedrooms on the first floor is tiny. The basement has the main suite with a Queen bed. Also the full bathroom down stairs has a heated floor. Full size laundry machines downstairs as well. This house has a lot of stairs and there is a spiral stair case in the living room that gets you down to the basement bedroom. Both units have a back deck for that morning cup of Joe. Fully fenced in backyard for the kids to safely play. Both kitchens fully stocked. Plenty of towels. I live close by and respond to all questions immediately. This house is close to the expressway, you can be downtown Chicago in 15 minutes with no traffic. Walking distance to Blue Line or the Green Line. Grocery stores, restaurant's, and drug stores in close proximity. Dunkin Donut's 1 block away. ONLY TWO PARKING SPACE INCLUDED.

Great location and great house!

Clean, well appointed house. Lots of room even with 11 adults it never felt crowded. Close to downtown Oak Park, trains to Chicago.

“Work” trip

Group of 8 coworkers in town for a social/sporting work event… the property was perfect!! Not too far outside the bustle, and in an excellent neighborhood, beautiful old homes all around with mature trees… just awesome! House is a good size, fit us all very comfortably with room for more. Comfy beds, 3 full bathrooms, TVs everywhere, and a great host! 5 Stars!!
