What a fantastic hotel. The room was large and comfortable and came with many amenities. There were even 4 kinds of lotion! The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. There was a cute little Disney store. There was also a small convenience store on property not far from the main lobby. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to the Disneyland Resort monorail. If we go to Tokyo Disney Resort again, this will be our top choice.

The spa room was a wonderful experience after a day in the parks or sightseeing.All the staff were friendly and professional, making sure our stay was perfect. The breakfast had good options, and if seeking a more western selection visitors can walk next door.

Very nice hotel on Tokyo Bay. Across the street from the Bayside monorail station that takes you to Disneyland and Disneysea. However, the rooms are very dated. The pink decor screams "built in 1992" and everything has 30 years of wear. Also, the beds are very cheap and hard and need replacing immediately. They are showing their age and I could hear the springs creaking when I lay down. Uncomfortable! I woke up with sore hips. I've never had this problem before with any other hotel ever. The staff were superb, but due to the dated condition and uncomfortable sleep, I would try another hotel on my next visit to Toyko Disneyland.

Rooms were clean and tidy but there was a strong musky odor because of how aged the furniture and building is. Big balls of dust found in the lifts like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The beds were very firm and uncomfortable. Despite the cons the staff were super friendly and the location was very convenient for Disneyland and sea.

Conveniently located across from Bayside station. Property showing signs of wear and tear and could use a facelift, otherwise wonderful stay in a huge room! After all the small Japanese hotel rooms we’ve stayed in this was an extravagant treat!
