Made 2 res with these scammers. First one, uneventful. Checked with desk re: next res, a-o.k. On return the scam began. First they claimed it was not prepaid. Then they said they only did business with booking.con. i ANEVER DO i polutelt remibdd them of my first book with them. DO NOT PAY THESE SCAMMWRS. Not only did they want me to pay again, they wanted at a higher rate. I refused and had to seek where to go at this late hour. Very inconvenient, and sure to cost more than with orbitz online. There should be a warning lavel on them,if you let them continue defrauding your customers at all. This extorsion seldom occurs in Mexico, save for the worst places. I EXPECT A FULL REFUND.

Very poor quality room. Broken shower, poor quality towels. Uncomfortable bed even dusty the first night. People talking at the lobby could be heard easily from inside the room. Compared to another hotel of same category, same chain, much much worse. Not a good place to have a good night sleep in general.

A great stay

This is a perfectly located hotel that is open air, with the option of ac, so if you are into luxury, you may not like it. It was perfect for us. Anyway, can’t beat 450 pesos a night!

Sé que es un hotel económico pero hay cosas como poner una dona a la taza del baño para no sentirse que estás en una gasolinera. La toalla rota me la cambiaron muy amablemente. ASCO colchón y sábana mancha de sangre

La cama un verdadero ASCO, el colchón tenía una mancha como de sangre que se ve que no limpiaron y se traspaso a la sábana que obviamente NO cambiaron del huésped anterior hoteles.com te dice que no escribas la verdad o pongas palabras que no son correctas, entonces para que piden nuestros comentarios??????
