Great experience, the hotel is right next to the lagoon, they have kayaks and SUPs you can use. The breakfast was good and the pool a good size for kids. The lagoon is warm so we swam there everyday. The room was beautiful with a hammock outside for relaxing. The hotel also has a small bar and the mezcalitas were delicious, i would highly recommend. We traveled with our 3 kids and we all loved our time in Bacalar.

Phenomenal stay at a pristine, stylish, comfortable, and friendly boutique hotel! The room was spacious and clean. The staff was exceedingly friendly and multi lingual, and the food was the best we ate all week.

Amazing room, super clean and the shower is like you're showering in the jungle (but with great water pressure). Easy access to the lagoon and we enjoyed having lunch on the patio or deck. Really attentive staff. Just amazing experience. I went with my family and two kids and everyone said they had the best time

Staff were amazing and super helpful with providing activities at the hotel as well as helping book activities like a sailing tour. Rooms are super unique and comfortable, loved the shower. I wanted a small hotel with a dock access on the water, FREE water sports, parking, and close proximity to Bacalars downtown area, Hotel Carolina check all those boxes for an amazing price. The treehouse style rooms are so unique. I couldnt have asked for a better stay.

From check in to check out, every detail is executed well. An amazing small hotel that includes kayaks and paddle boards. The pier was under construction, which was unfortunate timing for us. Our room, however, enabled us to watch the sunrise from the bed. A magical stay.

This is a beautiful place. The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are beautiful- it’s just a gorgeous place. We took a kayak out into the lagoon and visited a cenote and then had a swim. The food in the restaurant is delicious. It was a very short stay but we will definitely be back. Absolutely loved it.

Very nice, well-maintained property. Place was clean, quiet, had convenient parking, and was walkable to town. Lake access with equipment, onsite bar/restaurant and a private patio made it top notch. Would recommend.
