If you wanna stay on the lake this is not the place! This hotel isn’t on “a white sand beach”. Lake very hard to access with lots of restrictions. Pool not super clean and falling apart. Over priced for what you get. We left a day early to find a place with better water access.

The girl in the front desk was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and attentive to our every needs. She gave us alot of information of where to go and what to do so we could enjoy Bacalar. It was an amazing place, the property was great. We gad everything we needed there on grounds.

The property was clean and the staff was nice. The room however smelled of sewage. There is probably an issue with the plumbing. The room and washroom were open concept. As the doors did not have a screens on it we could not open the doors for fresh air as there were a lot of mosquitoes.

The place is beaurtiful! The staff is very nice and polite. The breakfast menu has different and very tasty options. We had dinner one night and the problem was since they don´t have a printed menu we were surprised with one of the dishes price

Primero, no sirve el calentador, nos dijeron que lo revisaban y arreglaban y nunca lo arreglaron. Por las tardes hace calor y está bien bañarse con agua fría pero por las noches ya no es nada agradable. La única razón por la que elegí el lugar fue porque tenía tina pero no lo pude usar porque no hay agua caliente. El desayuno está incluido, pero es mejor comer en otros lugares. No tiene nada más que huevo, café y pan bimbo. Ni siquiera tiene frutas. Piscina con mucho olor químico, al entrar ya me dolieron los ojos y la nariz. Una noche por mas de 3000 pesos y obviamente no merece. Mucha decepción viendo otros hoteles más profesionales en la misma zona.

Nice place but need to improve

The hotel is nice with chic design. Staffs are friendly but barely speak English. In the night time many guests came and started party until 2am. And 6 am the noise start again due to the staff activities. The sound proof is horrible there.

Lugar bastante bonito.

El lugar es bastante bonito, tal cual como las imágenes. El servicio de recepción es excelente, muy amables y limpias las instalaciones. Reservé dos habitaciones y una de ellas el baño tenía mal olor, solo eso! Aún así lo recomiendo y podría regresar a éste establecimiento.
