Great room in the Mews. Clean, comfortable, modern and functional. Loved the cafe on site for an easy, convenient breakfast to set me up for the day. Designated parking was easy and included.

What a wonderful warm welcome from Laura, who showed us the 4 Mews rooms we had booked for our family overnight stay of 7 adults. All the rooms were beautifully presented and clean. Comfy beds and had all the necessary items including mini fridge. The Hayloft is an absolute delight that one of our girls commandeered! Very easy for location, 10 mins into Chester and the same to the wedding event we were attending. Great allocated parking, nice and quiet area. Would definitely recommend and we will be back to try out one of the pods and to explore the area more

Great place to stay for a night or two at most - there's a lack of storage for longer stays (no clothes hangers, tiny bedside tables, very little space for toiletries in bathroom). Sadly let down by the handwash bottle being completely empty on our arrival, and the floor in dire need of a mop - it looked clean to the eye but a few steps and our socks/feet were filthy! Overall a lovely little place to spend a night, and very easy self-check-in/out.

Staff were friendly, room was good size for us and our two dogs, found the bed rather firm for us and was rather closer to the motorway than I realised you would have heard traffic all the time if the window was open but luckily there was a fan. The on site cafe was great. Pet friendly, lovely people and good food. Would stay there again for that reason.

Good location for sightseeing in Chester

Location was ideal for sight seeing in Chester owner reccomended canal path walk, very photogenic and perfect for painting. Also well positioned for visiting Shotton.
