The room was clean and the stay was okay . Costumer service was poor very poor was not happy. Didn’t know if I wanted to cancel or stay but if I cancel that mean my money would’ve took 5 to 7 business days to be put back on my card so it was no choice but to stay, but the front end manager was very rude. Very nasty.

We bad a queen suite on the 5th floor. The A/C did not work. I turned the thermostat down and put the fan to its highest level. When I did, nothing happened. So we slept through an uncomfortable night. It was too late to bother with the hotel staff. Also there is no fan in the bathroom, so with no a/c fan and no bathroom fan there was absolutely no white noise to fall asleep to. So I downloaded an app on my phone to play all night.
