Hotel appeared to be new and very fresh. Our room smelled very fresh and clean. The bathroom floor was very spongy and appeared to have some cracks in floor tiles. All and all a very good experience.

The staff was excellent. The room was meh - all the usb plugins were broken. The power outlets needed to be changed, they've been hammered on. 1 out of 4 worked in our room. The TV did not work properly, took about an hour just to get the power to turn on, so I turned it off and didn't bother trying again. The outside was clean, and the room was ok as far as clean goes, but bring your own soap and shampoo. The liquid stuff they have for you was icky as all get out.

Hotel was clean and neat, with great rooms and a comfortable bed. My only complaint was that housekeeping was very loud in the hallways starting at 7 or 8 am so sleeping in was a challenge

The hotel was in a convenient place to downtown Norfolk, VA. The room was okay the bathroom needs some updates. The vent in the bathroom over where the towels were stored a lot of dust. You could see the dust very clear.
