No staff ….. budget hotel… We had to obtain trash can and TP and aroma from smokers outside wafted up to room ever day. Needs new carpet but pleasant for a budget hotel… no expectations except price validated what was purchased. Limited staff, but they were helpful.

I was required to sign my initials next to each item on a list of hotel policies that gave the impression that they primarily deal with sketchy people. The elevator was out of order. There were no ice machines. The whole building smelled of strong cleaning chemicals. The floor of my room was laminate and had some sort of sticky film on it. The whole place was generally gross. It was the kind of room that made you wonder what sort of stuff had taken place in it. I packed my bags back into the car a left without staying the night. I have stayed in a few gross hotels over the years, but never felt compelled to leave like that. But I wasn’t going to sleep in that s***hole. I’ll never give Extended Stay another chance and I advise you to do the same.

Do not stay here.

Terrible, dirty, hallways and rooms smelled. No hair dryer, no tissues, towels dingy and smelled. Carpet filthy. Chair had stains and unknown marks, moldy shower curtain. Front desk clerk was very nice for our late check-in and very helpful.

The shower curtain was moldy. The linens were dirty when I first checked in. They swapped out the bed and mattress without informing me. I got to my room and all the linens where on the floor, I had to get new linens and I have to make my bed myself.

I had a double room and it was supposed to have been cleaned and ready...one bed was not made the trash was not dumped and the floor was not swept....the only good thing was the front desk staff. He was polite and very professional. However after about 2hrs they did come and revamp the room....overall I had a very peaceful stay.

Do not stay here. Room was inexcusable. Broken light, no top sheet on the bed. Shower curtain black and pink molded. Shower floor blackened and not cleaned. Sink stopped up and held water. Half roll of toilet paper with no second roll. Everything was old, out of date and run down. Entire second floor smelled musty. Rules say you pay even if you don’t stay. Rip off! So, husband got us another room. Slightly Improved but still bad. Third floor didn’t stink thankfully. Shower curtain rod had been pulled from the wall and was set back up there barely hanging. Old shower curtain. Limited towels. Run down room. Thin walls, heard everything around us, stomping above, tv next to us, talking in halls. We only needed it for two nights so we made it through, barely. Only decent thing was the staff we encountered was nice. So this hotel is failing because of management neglecting obvious repairs. I will say it again, do not stay here.

I just want a clean room, shouldn’t be that hard!

After driving 8 hours, I just wanted to get to my room. Walked into the room and the bed was broken. The back right corner of the bed was actually slanted towards the floor and the front left leg was in the air. How could the cleaning staff not see this!! 2nd room smelled of dog so badly that it gave my nephew an allergic reaction! Moths in bathroom, hairs on the pillow, crumbs on nightstand, freezer was a mess. Room was not clean at all! In fact they left the window open to get rid of the dog smell Front desk woman really was not apologetic at all Finally was given a 3rd room which was fine. Ridiculous that the cleaning staff wouldn’t take care of this before guests come. And how could you give a room that housed a dog to anyone. People are allergic. Will never stay at an extended stay ever again. There were no compensations, just extremely annoyances. In my sisters room, the tv didn’t work

Picked this property because it said it had a kitchen, the room did not come equipped with dishes or anything , had to ask for things, only got a pot and a couple plates, no dishwasher or dish soap to at least wash the dishes i did get. Also picked this location because it was supposed to have “breakfast”, all they had was coffee and a few muffins.

Our stay was amazing. We were able to check in early as I arrived at 11am and check in was not until 3 but once they found out we drove all night from Florida they checked to see if a room was ready and let us check in. Room was very spacious and being able to cook for my son in law was a huge plus! The best part was being able to do a fast super early am check out when we left. We will definitely be back

Well…you won’t get murdered

For the quick stay we were making, wish we would have saved the $170 and drove on home. Definitely not the worst place I’ve ever seen, but not worth the price tag in the slightest. Definitely an older hotel and staff were friendly. But…You have to take your trash to the trash room (right down from guest rooms) not even a trash shoot, where it just sits pilled 5ft high. So as soon as you come off the elevator we could smell it, and continued to smell it until we got to our room. I understand that it’s an extended stay hotel, but for a one night stay it was a little odd. Had to use the restroom when we got there and had no toilet paper, had to make a trip back downstairs to request some. Rooms seemed fairly clean until the baby roach we killed in the shower. And then only provided 1 towel in the bathroom..apparently you have to swap them out? So if you’re in a pinch, you won’t get murdered there.
