DO NOT RENT HERE!!! The room was dirty, the bed had blood stains and bed bugs. I arrived on Wednesday night—technically Thursday around 2 AM—and since the hotel was sold out, they couldn’t move me to another room. The employee working that night was absolutely no help. She was sleeping in her car instead of taking care of the guests. I had to call around and look for other hotels nearby because there was no way I was going to let my kids sleep on those disgusting beds or use that filthy bathroom. Overall, the room, the staff, and the service were TERRIBLE. I do not recommend this place at all. ¡NO RENTEN AQUÍ! La habitación estaba sucia, la cama tenía sangre y bed bugs. Llegué el miércoles en la madrugada, técnicamente ya jueves cerca de las 2:00 AM, y como el hotel estaba sold out no podían cambiarme de cuarto. La empleada que estaba esa noche no fue de ayuda en lo absoluto. Estaba durmiendo en su carro en vez de estar pendiente a los huéspedes. Tuve que llamar y buscar otros hoteles cerca porque jamás iba a acostar a mis hijos en esas camas asquerosas ni usar ese baño tan sucio. En general, la habitación, el servicio y el personal fueron PÉSIMOS. No lo recomiendo para nada.

The property was dirty, Bed had no pillows, Shower had hair on walls, No Breakfast is served at this property. Not even coffee or tea. Check-in person was very dry and made me feel like I was disturbing her . This was very disappointing. I am a Wyndham owner & this property gives Wyndham a bad name. Also the area is very sketchy. Drug dealers & gentlemen clubs area.

Unwelcoming greeting, inaccurate ad stating light breakfast included, was a lie. Was told--after checking in--they haven't offered it since 2021! Bed was missing half the pillows and staff seemed surprised when I wanted the missing pillows for my spouse! The floors made my few and socks dirty when we walked on them! And the non-smoking room stank of stale smoke!
