Lovely hotel, a little well-worn but upgrades have been made. It is by no means a walkable property but just a short car trip to many of the popular destinations in Arlington and D.C. Our room was a connecting room and the guests occupying the adjoining suite had very loud, inconsolable children. Also, the parking, especially upon leaving was tricky. It would have been helpful to have been told at checkin not to return the room key until leaving the garage.

A big reason why I chose this hotel was the shuttle service to the metro stop. It wasn’t until I checked in that I found out the shuttle only runs once per hour, which was pointless and I ended up using ride share the whole trip. Don’t advertise a shuttle service if it barely runs throughout the day.

One elevator was out of order, their key fob machine was not working, people packed in the lobby cussing and just congested. Tub would not drain, bed was severely uncomfortable. Not in a safe part of town, would not recommend for solo travelers.
