We always enjoy qualla cabins our stay was great and we enjoyed the hot tub even though the weather was freezing.staff is very helpful and the creek was great as always We will go back soon

They had a cab service that ran from the Motel to the Casino and the Motel guest did get first priority on those trips. Our room was extremely clean and smelled great. The room was updated but still left the character to it.

This is a great place to stay. Kiron took good care of me. Well located by all the shopping, and very close to the casino. Easy unload from your car right into the room (I rented room, not cabin.) Town also has movie theatre. Will stay here again.

The check in process took forever. The lady at the front was friendly but new and had no idea what she was doing. While standing there and she was calling for help i watched german roaches climb on the desk through her folder holder. Once we got to our room it was ok. Cleanish...shower was gross. Ashtray out on back porch was full of used cigarettes and the seats were very worn in. Will not stay here again.
