"No light bulb in bedside table lamp, toilet flush high pitched, loud & whiney, hole in wall in entry, wires exposed for smoke detector or entry light, no closet or bar to hold hanging clothes, check in & out next door at pizzeria, no top sheet on 1 of the beds. Only mirror bathroom cabinet by sink, debris on glass shelf inside. Staff friendly & helpful."

"Hands down would stay again. Room was spacious and clean. Property and staff were friendly. Check in/check out was very easy. Only complaint is some of the outlets in the kitchen and the lamps in the murphy bed's didn't work and the shower head made a loud screech when showering. Other than that the stay was quiet and relaxing. "

The location was excellent and made it easy to get around and enjoy the surrounding area. Everything was well organized and thoughtfully prepared, which made our stay especially pleasant. "This house is a dream. Plenty of room for our group of 33. It’s HUGE! The kids loved the play area in the basement and the guys enjoyed watching football in the theater. We were able to get groceries on our way in and we cooked at least one meal everyday. Everything you need is there. The view can not be beat. It’s breathtaking. This was our first time to Bear Lake and we hope we can return one day. We enjoyed the small community and family owned restaurants. We did have trouble controlling the temp in the house but it is a large space. Also, the dryer on the main floor did not work but we notified the owner. He was extremely nice and even accommodated a late check out. "

"Overall a nice stay - the listing is accurate and the accommodations agreeable. A slight point of frustration when we arrived 40 minutes early and asked if we could be let in and were told, 'no'. So we essentially sat in our freezing car for 40 minutes until the clock struck 4pm. I know we were asking for a very small favor, but it was silly when there was no reason not to have let us in (no cleaning crews or others in the rental). Other than that - all good. "
