"Overall a pleasant stay at the hotel. I wasn’t comfortable with the room for the fist night so I asked for a change. I got an upgrade to a more comfortable room at a different tower. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Location is excellent which is just adjacent to Raffles City Chengdu. "

"Good location. Breakfast spread was very good. Great executive lounge experience too. Bed was not as comfortable as I suspect it’s time to be replaced. The temperature in the room could not be adjusted as it was a central Aircon. Temp was not even through the night making unpleasant. Had to request for a fan as it could get warm on the room."

"We had a great view from our upgraded room in the high rise tower. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was pretty central. I like that they provide a laundry room with free machines, but there are only two washers and two dryers for the whole building, so plan ahead!"

"Very clean and comfortable room and excellent staff who were incredibly hospitable and helpful. Ventilation on non-smoking floors can be improved as cigarette smells could still be detected, although this was less pronounced inside the room itself. "
