Large holiday cottage converted from a renovated barn (2022), located in the heart of the Vendée countryside, in the commune of Cheffois. The cottage comprises, on the ground floor, an entrance hall, a large open-plan living/dining/kitchen area, a pantry, a library and games corner, four bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and a single bed and en-suite shower room), (one with a queen-size bed and a single bed and en-suite shower room), (two with two single beds that can be joined together), and (two with two single beds that can be joined together, accessible for people with reduced mobility). There are three separate toilets, one of which is accessible for people with reduced mobility, and two separate shower rooms, one of which is accessible for people with reduced mobility and has a toilet. Upstairs, there is one bedroom with four single beds that can be joined together. Amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. In an adjacent building, there is an indoor swimming pool (3.50 x 7 m) heated year-round, and a shared bathroom with a toilet. Outside, there's a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, and an unfenced 4000 m² plot of land including a secure network of ponds and a meadow. Private parking is available in front of the cottage. The cottage is located near working farms (rabbits, cattle). Cleaning is included, and bed linen (beds made upon arrival) and towels are provided.
Baby equipment is available upon request. The cottage is wheelchair accessible, with one bedroom and one bathroom adapted for wheelchair users. Please allow an approximate arrival time; you will be greeted by the owner.
