Situated in the Saint-Laurent-de-la-Salle countryside, this spacious detached 180 m² holiday home accommodates up to eight guests. With a private fenced pool, a large garden and a sunny terrace, the property offers plenty of room for families or groups to spend time together. Its welcoming interiors, complete with a fireplace, create a comfortable setting for relaxing after days exploring the surrounding area.

The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. The living and dining area has a flat-screen TV, dining table, seating area and fireplace. Two bedrooms are located on this floor, each with a double bed and its own bathroom: one with a bathtub, two washbasins and a toilet, and the other with a massage shower, two washbasins and a toilet. There is also a separate toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs, the third bedroom has two single beds and one double bed, with an additional bathroom featuring a bathtub, washbasin and toilet. Oil-fired heating is provided.

Outside, the fenced garden extends over more than 1,000 m² and includes garden furniture, a barbecue and a private fenced swimming pool. The pool is open from May until mid-September. Children can enjoy the play equipment, while a table tennis table entertains all ages. A children's bed and high chair are also available.

A restaurant is approximately 4 km away, with supermarkets and tennis courts around 6 km from the property. Families can visit Pierre Brune amusement park, 17 km away, while a lake is around 30 km away. Golf courses and sandy beaches are approximately 50 km away, offering further options for day trips.
