The front desk staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. My room was okay. A little dirty (used cottonball on the floor by the bed, a little grunge on the sink counter). My daughter’s room was disgusting. There were burn holes on the bedspread, a hole in the ceiling that had tape over it, the bathroom light/fan was also taped up and was very noisy until it eventually stopped working altogether. The curtains were held together by safety pins. There’s construction going on in front of the hotel which isn’t their fault, but it made getting in and out a bit sketchy. Breakfast consisted of coffee, powdered creamer, sugar, and chewy granola bars.

The bed and bedding were covered in burn holes. The chair in the room was also vovered in burn holes. The smell when we walked in was awful smelled like sewer and mold. Opened the bathroom door and the shower was covered in black mold. The towels in the bathroom were full of hair and mold. When we asked for a different room we were told there were none available so we asked for a refund and was told the room was non refundable. Also the lady at check in was very rude and high. Upon leaving the 2 staff members we encountered were very nice.

The room was in bad condition. It had two holes in the walls. The toilet had been replaced and the floor was disgusting around it. The breakfast was only a granola bar and coffee, nothing else. Did not even have cream for the coffee. The A/C did work great and the staff was very nice.

The staff were friendly for the most part. Clerk was not as friendly once i asked to be moved to a different room at check in. She stated I was being given the employee room and just found that odd. So I asked for another room. The room itself was good size. The floors left your feet black. Kinda gross. One of the beds had a medal rod sticking out from the side. Hurt like hell if you hit it getting out of the bed. Exterior sidewalks need a deep cleaning. Lobby basic with no functionality. Not inviting at all. The property is older but should invest in their appearances. If the lobby looks outdated and dirty first impressions are everything so we assume the rooms aren’t much better. I would stay here again however it would be nice to see a personal touch or character about the property that stands out and makes folks remember this motel. Only thing I’ll remember is the awkwardness of the desk clerk. Also please unclog the drains in the shower. I took a shower however felt like a bath due to the tub drained so slow. Had to shut the water off to avoid overfilling the tub. Curb appeal isn’t something this property is known for. Online advertises a swimming pool but that was removed eight years ago according to one of the employees. Should update online. Hotel built next door is seriously was to close for comfortable parking if you park by your room. Invest in your property and guests will come back and repeat over and over. Show some personality. Your investment will reward you.

Our room was literally nasty and dirty. Everything had spots on it from I presume previous guests and the bathroom was covered in black mold. Back of the bathroom door covered in brown splatters. Toilet not cleaned when we checked in. Didn't even use the shower because of the mold. Slept in a sleeping bag on the bed because I was scared to let my skin touch the bed. Cheap cost but clearly skimping on basic cleaning between guests.

There was dog poop stuck to the floor in the closet. The drain was clogged with hair and if you didn’t lock the door as soon as you pushed it closed it would open again. There was not a continental breakfast like stated

they “cut back” on free breakfast, which apparently means granola bar and coffee. the rooms were visibly dirty with easily wipeable food/bodily fluids on doors, handles, toilet and remote. i cleaned it myself so i seen it was minimal effort required to clean yet not done. mold in bathroom, non-working shower handle (continuously turns with no hot/cold indication). staff was nice and helpful though, just wish they took care if the place

The staff was nice, and friendly. When I made it to my room I can tell the floors have not been mopped. The bathroom door, the floor, toilet was nasty. Good thing I always keep me some clorox clean up in the car. When I woke up it was two roaches behind the toilet. At that point I got my stuff together, and left.

The staff was wonderful but the property is poorly maintained. The door to the room was open and available to the public before I closed it. The bathroom was dirty as well.
